Common Questions
Do I need a special license to rent and/or drive an RV? In order
to rent and/or drive an RV Rental, an individual must be 25 years of age or older and possess
a valid driver's license from their State of residence, and have proof of auto insurance to be covered under ABC's
policy. No special class or permit is required.
Do
you deliver RVs to your customer's preferred location? We do offer delivery for an additional
fee. Each scenario is handled differently, but the basic premise is that we take into account the distance we are being
requested to deliver the RV and the length of time that a consumer is renting with us. Please Contact Us with your specific delivery needs.

Drop-off Locations and Fees:
• Fairbanks - $1,000.00 plus rental • Whittier - $350.00 plus rental •
Seward - $650.00 plus rental • Skagway - $1,500.00 plus rental *Estimates only - subject to change.
What
if I return my rental later than expected? Rentals returned after 10:00 a.m. are charged $25/hour for the
first two hours. After two hours, you are charged $250.00. Remember, another family
has scheduled their vacation with the RV in your possession, and we want to treat them fairly and with respect in the
same way we were able to treat you when you picked up your RV from us at the start of your vacation. It will be
ready to go when you are.

Do you offer one way RV Rentals? Sorry, we do not currently offer one-way
RV rentals. We do offer delivery and pick-up options within a limited
distance of our location. Contact us for more details.
What if I arrive after you are closed? You
can take a taxi from the airport to our location, about $5.00 for the taxi. We set the motorhome up for
you to spend the night in on our lot. The motorhome is plugged in and you have water - the motorhome is
fully self-contained. You will find your name in the front window of the motorhome, and the side coach
door left unlocked. Anyone who has a reservation,
and has been delayed arriving in Anchorage and has not arrived to pick up their motorhome will find their rental set up in
this way. We'll see you the next morning!
We are concerned about what we would do if
the motorhome breaks down. How do you handle that? We have repair companies all over the state that we
work with to get your motorhome back on the road as soon as possible. If it is not able to be fixed, we
send a driver to you with another motorhome. Also, when you leave our facility, we supply you with a phone
number for one of our staff who is accessible 24/7.
One of the members of our group is having health
problems and we are concerned that we will have to cancel our reservation. Will we lose all of our deposit money? No! We will refund your deposit immediately
if you have to cancel due to an emergency.
