include: - Support
for accounting/admin staff-directed by Office manage/owners

- Courier services to include

- Shuttle of
vehicles and clients
- Assist with vehicle/ titling/registrations
- Monitor vehicles for current registration, insurance and ID’s
- Assist with phones

Responsibilities include: - Supervise wash/detail crew
- Assign daily tasks as needed
- Partner with management
to determine daily needs
- Insure that vehicles are properly checked upon return
- Make sure that sufficient vehicles are marked for the day
- Insure that vehicle line is moving in a timely manner
- Partner with shop to make sure maintenance matters are dealt with.
- Spot inspections of vehicles to insure quality

Head
Housekeeper 1 position available Responsibilities
include: - Assigning daily tasks to a staff of 8-10 housekeepers
- Partnering with management to determine priorities
- Inspecting
units for compliance with standards
- Scheduling cleaning staff to
accommodate workload
- Performing all duties of a housekeeper.

Customer Service
Representatives 10 positions available Responsibilities include: - Making reservations for rentals
- Answering questions about rentals and Alaska in general
- Checking clients in, completing contracts and running payments
- Selling optional items
- Providing customer orientation
to the motorhome
- Checking customers out and inspecting motorhome
upon return
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
include: - You must be
at least 18 years of age
- Have an outgoing personality and strong verbal and
communication skills
- Have basic computer skills and attention to details
- Prior
direct customer service experience preferred
- Neat appearance
- Second language a plus
- Must be willing to work outside in all kinds of weather.
Shuttle driver 2 positions available Responsibilities include: - Pick-up and drop off of customers at the airport and various hotels
- Assist clients with their luggage
- Assist with reception desk when necessary to include answering phones, scheduling shuttles and taking messages
- Occasionally driving long distances to deliver motorhomes and other vehicles within
the state.
Requirements include: - Must be 21 years of age
- Must have valid Alaska driver’s license and clean driving record
- Have an outgoing personality and strong verbal skills
- Occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs.
